Yoga for Stress Relief

 

Keep calm and do yoga! Yoga poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques all help you to become more mindful, focused and calm.  Yoga also helps to lower stress levels, blood pressure and heart rate so that you can get fit and stay healthy.
